Every few years GameFreak releases a game that would blow away people of all ages for another few more years before its next awesome game comes out. I am fortunate to be in the generation of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl to experience the 4th Generation of Pokemon games. Pokemon has given me loads of good childhood memories, the time when I bought my first gameboy color with Pokemon Yellow. The first time I was probably the first in the whole neighbourhood to have a Pokemon Gold. The first time I spent all my money on both Ruby AND Sapphire. Though I'm quite aged now to play Pokemon, the game mechanics have also grown with me. I won't indulge myself in my own blog but you get the drift. You haters cant admit to your inner child that you too once thought and strategized about leveling up your Pokemon to its maximum. So go ahead and mock, I dare you.
That aside, school has once again disappointed me. I admit when it comes to foreign teachers, I tend to have a bit of Anglophilia. I expected the teacher to be quirky and spontaneous, somebody that wouldn't be too stressful to be around with. Man, was I wrong. My IS teacher this time was so pressurizing to me, IMO. Singling me out isn't helping much either.
Remind me never to wear Orange/*insert bright neon-esque color here* on Fridays again. I'll wear black, like my heart. ROFL. stabby stab stab.
It may be the first lesson but I have some ideas of what is going to happen this semester of IS. Though I don't want it to happen, this class may end up to be those kind of who-has-better-general-knowledge-can-survive-better type of classes, which I definitely don't appreciate. I don't want to brush up or force myself to know factoids of Hitler just to manage a conversation with the lecturer. Sure you know what is the "Final Solution", but can you name at least 5 of Billie Holiday's songs? I guess not. Imma just gonna read BBC now and then...just in case he jumps at me...again.
Oh yes before I finish up my post, one word.
